Ein paar Impressionen am Tag des Denkmals. Nicht von dort, wo offiziell geführt wurde. Mich zogs leider in Richtung Neunerspitze...A few impressions from Historical Monument Day. Not from where it was being officially conducted. I was pulled unfortunately in the direction of the Neunerspitze...

| So sollte es nicht gehen: In einer Ho-Ruckaktion wurde vor 6 Jahren das Patscherkofelhotel abgerbrochen. Die Station bleibt ein Torso, das neue Restaurant wurde hingebaut "in Erwartung" einer neuen Station, die nun wohl nie kommt. Doing it wrong: 6 years ago the Patcherkofel Hotel was dismantled and its pieces sold off. The upper cable car station remains as just a torso of the original structure, the new restaurant built there, “in anticipation” of a new station which now will never be. |

| Als man noch nur von der Patscherkofelbahn aus Schitouren zum Glungezer ging und die Schiabfahrt nach sistrans nützte, existierte eine Lawinegalerie durch den Lansergraben. Die schöne Trockenmauer verfällt, nicht mehr gebraucht, zusehends - immerhin hilft man dort nicht nach. When the Patcherkofel cable car was used for skiing from the Glungezer down to Sistrans, there used to be an avalanche tunnel through the Lansergraben. The wall, no longer needed, is visibly deteriorating, and coming down with no outside help needed. |

| Die vorbildlich renovierte Station Lansersee - wenn man von den Verteilerkästen absieht..... The nicely renovated Lansersee Station — even if in “kack‘ ” brown... ;-) — if one refrains from noticing the junction box... |

| ...ein bald wieder lebendes Denkmal. Die neuen Schienen liegen schon zur Montage bereit! ...an historical monument soon to be brought back to life. The new rails lay reading and waiting! |

| Und zuletzt unweit davon: Der Aldranser Waal (ich erwähnte diesen schon einmal kurz auf der alten Homepage). Ich habe der Forschungsgemeinschaft bereits eine ausführliche Dokumentation zum Aldranser Waal geschickt. And lastly, not far from here: the Aldrans water canal (briefly mentioned earlier on the old homepage). I’ve sent detailed information about it to the study group which is researching Tirol’s old alpine water canals. |
